Terms of Service
• Visual references of the character are generally preferred, though if you have a written description for an original character, you can send it instead. I will work very closely with you to make sure your character turns out the way you had imagined.
• I take payment in two installments: The first half is paid once the initial concept sketch has been approved, and the other half will be paid once I finish the piece. This generally takes a little less than a week. I will start once the first half has been paid.
• At the moment, I only accept payment in USD through PayPal.
• WIPS of the piece will be shown upon request. I will remain in contact throughout the commission stages and usually respond within 6 hours of being messaged.
• Once finished, the piece is good for personal use as long as credit is given. If you are unhappy with your result, I will redraw it from scratch ONCE for an additional 15% of the commission price (e.g., if the original price is $30, I’ll redraw it if another $4.50 is thrown in).
• If I find myself unable to finish a piece you have already paid for, I will consider the commission declined and give you a full refund. No refund is applicable if I have already finished the piece.
• I withhold the right to decline a commission for any reason, even if it is listed under “Will Draw.” I am not obligated to explain why the commission was declined, and it should be considered a courtesy if I do.
• Absolutely none of my works may be used in or associated with any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in that space.
